This course is well worth the time and money. The owner is an incredible instructor and teaches hands on. This factor is essential, you wouldn’t get a drivers license with a driving test which means you had time to actually drive a car and learn. He’s very knowledgeable and drills you deep on safety and the laws. He has other courses that I will be taking. The facility is really cool, lots of parking, and offers weekend course. What a great experience! I appreciated the small class size, and felt good about the attention these guys gave everyone. The hands-on part moved kind of quickly, but there was no lack of individual instruction and help along the way. A safe, comfortable environment to learn the basics of handling firearms.

The basic firearms training class was very informative and hands on. The part I enjoyed most was understanding how to aim, understanding the basic steps of handling/ holding a gun, how to properly open and close the guns chambers and of course the live fire was very exciting. At Boston Firearms, we believe you should not get your license to carry (LTC) without actually handling a firearm. You wouldn’t have your driver’s license if you didn’t practice at driving school first. Why should getting a firearms license be any different? Come train at our indoor range, and get hands on experience.
How Much Does It Cost?
$300
- One course qualifies you to apply for 6+ firearm licenses, making you legal in up to 39 states. This is a comprehensive course and includes legal requirements, safe gun handling procedures, firearm familiarization, maintenance, concealed carry methods, hands-on live fire, etc.
- The Multi-License Firearm Course will save you both time and money. It's perfect for RV'ers, truckers, business travelers, vacationers, second-home owners, big game hunters, handgun enthusiasts, competitors, etc. Join the thousands of others who have already taken this unique course.
- Live Fire Training - Both Connecticut and Florida currently require live fire to be included, so we add that segment last. Note that computer-generated programs, dry fire, other simulated shooting tools, plastic bullets, air guns or any other alternatives are not acceptable to either Connecticut or Florida. We are aware that some competitive courses, especially those that supposedly qualify you to apply for Florida, do not include the live discharge of a handgun as noted above.
